These terms and conditions outline the framework for using the Mothers Beauty website and services. We kindly direct your attention to our terms of purchase, as well as our comprehensive Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

    If you haven’t heard from us within two business days, we apologise. In that case, we recommend contacting us again—preferably from an alternate email address or through a different method.

  • This website www.mothers-beauty.com is owned and operated by Mothers Beauty Ltd ('Mothers Beauty' or 'us' or 'we'). We are registered in England & Wales (registration no. 15534328). If you want to ask us anything about these terms and conditions or have any comments on or about our website, please email our customer service team via our Contact Us form.

  • At Mothers Beauty, we take great care to ensure the accuracy of prices and website content, including product descriptions, photographs, and ingredient information. All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling, inclusive of VAT (where applicable), and are correct at the time of data entry into our system. However, we reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice (except for orders already confirmed through an Order Confirmation). Please note that prices may change over time.All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges.

     

    In the event of any content-related issues, we retain the right to rectify errors without notification. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel orders made under mistaken pricing.

    All items are subject to availability. If any goods you’ve ordered become unavailable, we’ll promptly inform you and provide details on their availability status.

  • At Mothers Beauty, we source our products directly from authorised distributors, ensuring quality and authenticity. However, due to the natural ingredients in many of our products (some completely free from artificial preservatives), we can guarantee a minimum shelf life of 6 months from the date of purchase. Please note that variations in texture, smell, and consistency may occur within each batch due to these natural ingredients.

     

    1. Product Information Accuracy:

    Product details, including descriptions, brand information, colour charts, photographs, and ingredients, are provided by the manufacturer or authorised agents. Mothers Beauty cannot be held responsible for any omissions or errors in this information. Independent tests have not verified product claims or ingredient accuracy.

     

    1. Colour Accuracy:

    While we take great care to ensure accurate product descriptions and colours, variations may occur due to individual computer displays.

     

    1. Order Limitations:

    We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.Our discretion may also apply to quantities purchased per person, per address, or per order. In cases of restricted product availability, full refunds will be provided for any cancelled items.

    1. Discount Codes:

    Only one discount code is allowed per order. Automatically applied codes will display in your basket during checkout when spend thresholds are met. For manual codes, enter them correctly in the designated discount code box at checkout.

     

    1. Adding Discount Codes After Payment:

    Once your order is paid and confirmed, discount codes cannot be added.

     

    1. Minimum Spend Requirements:

    When a discount code requires a minimum spend, the minimum spend excludes delivery fees, taxes, samples, and minis. It includes discounts already applied to products in your basket. If you return items and no longer meet the minimum spend, the discount value will be deducted from your refund. Sale items are also excluded from discount codes. 

  • We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, EuroCard, and JCB cards. Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Mothers Beauty, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.

  • Upon placing an order with us, you’ll receive an email confirming the details of your order. Please note that this email serves as acknowledgment of receipt and order processing—it does not constitute acceptance of your order. We retain the right to refuse any transaction at our sole discretion, without incurring any liability.

     

    Your dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your order is officially accepted, and the contract between us is completed . Please note that the sale contract is conducted in England, and the language of the contract is English

     

    If you have not received a confirmation email from us there could be a few reasons why:

    - Your email address may have been entered incorrectly.

    - Your email was lost and hasn't come through.

    - Your confirmation email has been blocked by your spam filter and it has been sent to your junk folder.

     

    Alternatively, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to investigate further. 

  • Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 business days from the date on which you receive the goods by sending us a notice of cancellation in writing and returning the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by letter to: help@mothers-beauty.com, outlining your reason for cancellation and providing us your order number.

     

    We are not able to stop processed orders from dispatch, even if you send us notice of cancellation before receiving your Dispatch Confirmation. For further details of how to return merchandise, please see our Returns section.

  • Mothers Beauty assumes no liability for any damages, injuries, or illnesses resulting from the misuse of any product. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to carefully read all product instructions, use the product strictly for its intended purpose, and ensure safe and reasonable usage. Additionally, Mothers Beauty cannot be held accountable for damages, injuries, or illnesses arising from allergic reactions or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.

  • The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its accuracy. Mothers Beauty makes no representations or warranties in connection with this website, whether express or implied. These include but are not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose—except to the extent such warranties are not legally excludable.


    Mothers Beauty shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or undelivered goods, regardless of the method of delivery. Please note that your statutory rights remain unaffected

  • Mothers Beauty currently delivers to the UK mainland only. 

  • We usually start processing orders as soon as they are received. We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours though it may take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-business day will be dispatched the next business day. Note: Delivery to rural addresses may take an additional day or two.

    Once an order has been placed, our immediate processing means we are not able to stop it being dispatched, even if you have not received your Dispatch Confirmation or you email us to cancel your order immediately after placing it. We will be happy to assist you return your order once you have received it.

    In the event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss available options.

  • Mothers Beauty will offer you a refund on unopened items returned to us within 28 days of receipt provided they are in their original re-saleable condition. To make your return as easy and efficient as possible, we’ve recently introduced Royal Mail Tracked Return for our customers.


    If you would like to arrange a return for any other reason e.g. broken item, wrong item, incorrect item etc, please contact our customer service team via our Contact Us form.

    1. Inspection and Refund. 

    All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used goods unless they are faulty. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Your refund will be made by the original or agreed payment method, no later than 14 business days after we have received the goods.

     

    1. Non-returnable items

    Sales items or Samples cannot be returned. For reasons of hygiene, certain items such as maternity pads, breast pads, deodorants, etc are non-returnable unless they remain sealed or are faulty.

    Mothers Beauty reserves the right to monitor customer cancellations or returns, and charge administration fees, payment processing fees and refuse returns if a customer is repeatedly found to be buying and returning goods. Each return is assessed on an individual basis taking the customer history into consideration.

    We will not accept returns on opened or used items.

  • It is recommended that you inspect your entire order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged/ missing or in error, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible through our Contact Us form, with your order number and a photograph to show the damaged or wrong product. We will then advise on how to proceed.

    Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 business days of receipt will not be accepted for return. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge and we will ask you to return the damaged or wrong item in its original packaging.

    Your statutory rights are not affected.
