Ingredients: Lithothamnium Calcareum (Red algae) powder (providing Calcium), Fenugreek powder, Nutrient-enhanced Yeast (providing Iron, Selenium and Vitamin B12), Lactobacillus bulgaricus (providing Zinc), Vegetable cellulose (capsule shell), Stinging Nettle leaf and Marigold extract (providing Lutein). May contain heat-treated Brown Rice powder.
