Mothers Beauty Hospital Bag Checklist

When to pack your bag?

It's generally a good idea to have your hospital bag packed by the time you're around 34-36 weeks pregnant. That way, you'll be ready to go whenever your baby decides to make an appearance!

For mum: Labour & Delivery

  • Your Birth plan & hospital notes

  • Comfortable robe and slippers

  • Socks

  • Slippers or Flip Flops

  • 3x changes of Comfortable clothes

  • Pyjamas

  • Bra | Feeding bra

  • Large knickers x 7 – we recommend sizing up so they’re super easy to put on and are soft against your skin.

  • Peri Bottle

  • Nursing Pads/ Breast Pads

  • Nipple cream (if breastfeeding)

  • Witch Hazel Pads
